Terms and conditions
1.1 The following terms and conditions (hereinafter “TC”) apply between IS Style Online GmbH, Stauraczgasse 6/20, A-1050 Vienna, (hereinafter “IS Style”) and a consumer – i.e. any natural person who concludes the contract for a purpose which cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his self-employed professional activity – (hereafter “Customer”) regarding the purchase and delivery of products through IS Style’s Online Store available at “www.fashiondiscovery.store” (the “Online Store”). Deviating conditions of the Customer will not be recognized by IS Style.

1.3 Exclusive contract language is English.
2.1 The presentation of the products in the Online Store by IS Style is not a binding offer. Only the order of the products according to 2 of these TC by the Customer is a binding offer.
2.3 After the order has been placed, the Customer receives an automated e-mail (acknowledgment of receipt) in which the Customer’s order is listed again and which the Customer can print out via the “Print” function. The automatic acknowledgment of receipt merely documents that the Customer’s order has been received by the provider. It does not constitute an acceptance of the order. The contract is only concluded by the submission of the declaration of acceptance by the provider, which is sent with a separate order confirmation by e-mail (order confirmation) (at the latest within two business days after receiving the binding order).
2.4 IS Style reserves the right to not accept and to decline the order as soon as possible if e.g., a product is not available, if the Customer has wrongfully not paid bills for earlier orders or if there are justified doubts about the creditworthiness of the Customer. In case IS Style declines the order, no contract regarding such product is concluded and IS Style will immediately refund the respective payment to the Customer. However, this does not preclude the possibility of IS Style’s acceptance of other orders included in the Customer’s offer.
2.5 Products will be delivered only in normal household quantities. Pictures in the Online Store were digitally photographed. Naturally, there may be minor differences between the pictures and the actual appearance of the product (e.g. colour tone). Such differences do not constitute a defect within the meaning of the statutory warranty.
3. Prices, delivery and shipping Costs
3.1 All stated prices are in Euros and including statutory VAT. The amount of VAT depends on the tax rate in the Customer’s country of residence. The prices are valid at the time of the order. Additional taxes and customs applicable in case of delivery outside of Austria are payable by the Customer.
3.2 IS Style offers standard shipping for free and express shipping for orders with certain cost. Customer also can choose express shipping with any order at his own expense. Detailed info on terms of shipment www.fashiondiscovery/ The delivery time communicated to the Customer is a non-binding estimate. However, IS Style envisages to the deliver the products within 5-10 business days after the receipt of the order (within EU-area). The Customer does not bear the shipping risk unless he chooses a delivery method different from the one offered by IS Style.
3.3 Until full payment, the Customer does not obtain ownership in delivered products.
4.1 The Customer may pay by credit card. The method of payment can be changed upon each order.
4.1.1 The payment via credit card is part of the purchase procedure; the account of the Customer will be charged once the order is completed. IS Style accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
5. Warranty and liability
5.1 The statutory warranty rights are applicable (as far as not otherwise agreed herein). The warranty period starts with the delivery of the products to the Customers.
5.1.1 IS Style, its statutory representatives or vicarious agents shall not be liable for defects of the delivered products caused by improper handling of the Customer, not following the regulations on the treatment and care of the products (e.g. washing or dry instructions) or in case changes have been made to the products.
5.1.2 The liability of IS Style, its statutory representatives or vicarious agents shall be excluded for damages cause by slight negligence. This limitation does not apply in case of mandatory statutory liability (e.g. Product Liability Act) as well as in case of injury of life, body or health.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has a statutory right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason as follows:
6.2 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquires, physical possession of the goods, or – in the case of a contract relating to multiple products ordered by the Customer in one order and delivered separately – on the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquires, physical possession of the last good.
6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us by email to email@example.com of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
6.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
6.5 If the Customer withdraws from the contract, IS Style shall reimburse to the Customer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by IS Style), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which IS Style is informed about the decision to withdraw from the contract.
IS Style will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
IS Style will manage return item quality check by means of designer’s, who’s product was returned, and will be guided in relation towards Customer as following:
- If the item returned is new, with all necessary tags and not damaged by any meand by the Customer, IS Slyle confirms full reimbursement of the purchase including delivery included in free offer of IS Style.
- If the item returned is new, but there are product quality issues caused by original designer’s production, and Customer provided IS Slyle by photo proof and it is confirmed when the item is returned, IS Slyle confirms full reimbursement of the purchase including delivery included in free offer of IS Style. In case Customer desires to have the same model to be changed for another similar item, IS Style online manages it with designer without any extra cost from Customer’s side.
- If the item returned is worn, damaged during Customers trial (like make-up, tored fabric or other cases), and designer, and internal designer’s quality check has photo proof of the evidence, then IS Style has a right not to reimburse the purchasee and delivery cost. In this Case Customer has a choice to ask for return of the item being returned and investigated at his expense, or just refuse from the item not being returned at his own cost of the purchase.
6.6 IS Style may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
6.7 The Customer shall send back the goods or hand them over to IS Style Online GmbH’s designer address, that is stated in return label, that Customer will get by requesting return, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer communicates the withdrawal from the contract to IS Style. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the period of 14 days has expired.
6.8 IS Style will bear the cost of returning the goods, following guidelines in 6.5
6.9 The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7. Use of Website
7.1 The content of the website “www.fashiondiscovery.store” offering the Online Store (the Website) is protected by copyright and designed for private use only. Any utilization of the content of this Website which infringes on the provisions of copyright laws without the prior consent of the originator is prohibited. All rights, especially the rights of utilization, duplication, distribution and translation are reserved.
7.2 IS Style thoroughly checks all published information for accuracy and undertakes best efforts to maintain its accuracy. IS Style nevertheless does not accept any responsibility and expressly disclaims liability with respect to reliance on information or opinions published on this website and from actions taken or not taken on the basis of its contents.
7.3 The Website may link to external websites and other external websites may link to this Website. IS Style is not responsible for the content of any such external websites and disclaims any liability associated with them.
8.1 Austrian law with the exclusion to the UN CISG applies. Mandatory provisions in the country of the Customer’s habitual residence remain applicable if there are more protective for the Customer.
8.2 The EU Commission offers the possibility of dispute resolution on its online platform under “http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/”. IS Style does not participate in dispute settlement proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.
8.3 IS Style may change these TC from time to time. The Customer should check this page from time to time for any updates. The last update of the TC is indicated at the top.
